Basic criteria for quality check used by our company.

For manufacturers who wish to enter the foreign market - we check the quality of products and equipment according to several criteria. The inspection is carried out by specialists of our company, with the involvement, in some cases, of local specialists from the country of import and other responsible firms and persons.

These services are provided for up to 40 days. Based on its results, the client will get an official document with conclusions about quality of needed goods.

According to an individual calculation of the cost of the service, for the issuance of a document confirming the quality of the product, namely the “Quality Control Protocol” or its equivalent, usually from 1850 to 2900 euros.

Below we provide a list of criteria that we use when checking the composition of products to assess quality. These basic verification criteria are approximate and, at the initiative of our company's management, can be changed. The procedure for conducting quality assessment is established by our company in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the country of its registration.

• availability of analogues of the tested products in the import country and applicable restrictions.
• checking and comparing the possibility of rules and procedures for using products taking into account the requirements of warehouses
• checking the composition of products for exceeding the established norm of radionuclides and pesticides, their analogues.
• for instruments and equipment - checking for compliance with local safety regulations and labor protection requirements.
• analysis of the composition of raw materials, or their analogues from which products are made.
• comparison of product packaging and labels with used local analogues for compliance with local rules and regulations
• checking problems and limitations from consumers of products, searching for ways to solve them (if necessary), studying public opinion regarding analogues of products.
• analysis of product composition in relation to local radiation safety requirements.
• analysis of the composition for the presence of harmful and dangerous/toxic compounds.
• analysis of the requirements of religious and other prohibitions regarding products due to local mentality.
• comparison and adjustment of conditions for destruction of the product or its components.
• analysis and exclusion of testing products according to the requirements for the content of narcotic substances and their analogues.

Based on the results of the inspection, our Firm provides the client a document with a conclusion on the assessment of product quality. The document can be issued in accordance with the internal requirements of the company, indicating all the necessary details.

This activity does not involve obtaining any licensing or other additional permitting documentation for our Firm.

For this type of document, we use free form focument. It was developed by our company indicating the necessary information needed for Customers.

At the client's request, we can add additional parameters to this list. The request must be made in writing and included in the contract for the provision of services for quality check of the goods.
